Write a brief hypothesis for the following research questions:

1. What is the link between type of shop/service and pedestrian density?
2. Do similar shops and services cluster together?
3. Do major brands have larger frontages?
4. How have the planners made the area attractive?
5. Who are the visitors to JBR and what brands are they buying or using?
